Desktop tool that connects to Salesforce to prioritize leads and automate bulk operations

Built a custom desktop tool for the sales team that connects directly to Salesforce and replaces several hours of daily manual work. Instead of exporting reports and manually hunting through records, the tool automatically pulls their open opportunities, scores and ranks them by priority so reps always know exactly who to call first.

High-probability leads, accounts with upcoming close dates, and warm lead sources all bubble to the top — meaning reps are spending their time on the right calls instead of guessing, and early results are showing more targeted outreach and better quality conversations.

It also includes two automation features that were previously done one record at a time by hand:

Activity Sync — Links contact activity history to the correct open opportunity so it shows up in the right place in Salesforce and SalesLoft. First run synced over 300 records in minutes — a task that would have taken days manually.

Close Date Updater — Bulk updates close dates on opportunities before they expire and get released to the pool. Went from opening each record individually to updating 200 at once in seconds.
