Built a GUI tool that automates our entire employee offboarding process. Instead of manually working through a checklist across 8+ systems, you fill in the name and manager, check the boxes that apply, and hit Submit.

It handles removing licenses, disabling the account, kicking them from distribution lists, revoking access to Five9, Transflo, RingCentral, Salesforce, and more — and for partners it automatically sets the manager up as the OneDrive admin.

What used to take 30+ minutes of jumping between admin portals now takes under 5. Built entirely with Cursor and updated with Claude Code.
