Built a catch-all IT utility tool for tasks that come up regularly but don’t fit into onboarding or offboarding. Things like repairing a SharePoint user profile after a rehire, adding someone to Lucid SSO, clearing stale OneDrive sharing links, or processing a legal name change that needs to propagate through Exchange and Active Directory.

Each of these used to mean looking up the steps, opening the right admin portals, and doing it manually. Now it’s a checkbox and a Submit. Initially built with Cursor and updated with Claude Code.
