New User Onboarding

Built a GUI tool that automates new hire setup from one screen. Enter the name and personal email, check what applies (partner or contractor, which tools, which license type), and it handles everything — assigning Microsoft licenses, setting passwords, adding to distribution lists and shared mailboxes, provisioning Transflo, Five9, Postmark, Lucidchart, Zoom, Salesforce, and more — then sends a formatted welcome email automatically.

Onboarding that used to take an hour of tab-switching now takes about 5 minutes. Initially built with Cursor and updated with Claude Code.
